Exchanges
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. We do not offer money refund. In case of exchanging an item, the customer needs to pay for the delivery fees, alternatively the customer can change items in our physical stores in Nicosia and Larnaca.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package with your shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
All of our items are quality checked before posted to ensure the highest quality of our items and your satisfaction. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping
Shipping is made all over Cyprus within 2-3 working days with ACS Courrier, in special packaging, handling with care for the safety of all products. For urgent delivery, please contact us or choose ACS Pick up. For home delivery, please allow more time for delivery.

For EU:

We will ship your order as soon as possible (usually within 1-2 working days).

Please estimate 10 working days for your parcel to arrive (around 2 weeks). 

If your local courrier does not offer home delivery, then pick up might be needed from your area’s post office (possibly applicable for less than 2kg orders).
